Little Yogis Yoga and mindfulness for kids is offered on Tuesdays from 1:00 - 1:30. 
 
Is your child feeling overwhelmed, on edge, or panicky? Yoga can be a powerful tool for easing these and other symptoms of anxiety, stress, and trauma. 
 
In this class, we will focus on the breath and the connection to our nervous system while being physical and having so much fun. Our Mission is to teach them how to calm their thoughts and their bodies through the powerful tool that we all have, " The Breath"
 
The class is divided into three Enrichment sessions. Each session must be paid in full prior to the start of that session. Make checks payable to The Growing Place with 'Yoga' in the memo line or pay with your Tuition Express account.
